Making it look right
Starter builds use a refined template customised to your brand. Business plans get a semi-custom layout with bespoke sections. Professional and E-Commerce plans get fully custom design from scratch. All tiers include desktop and mobile mockup approval before a single line of code is written.

Building the real thing
Starter: up to 5 pages built from your approved template. Business: up to 8 pages with a semi-custom layout. Professional: up to 15 pages including copywriting support. E-Commerce: full product catalogue (30+ SKUs), payment integration, and inventory setup. All tiers include performance and accessibility review before staging.

Locking it down before it goes live
Every site gets a full security sweep before launch — no exceptions. We install SSL, configure the WAF, harden the login layer, and run a vulnerability scan. You get the report. Nothing goes live with an open issue.

Going live, properly
We handle the DNS cutover, redirect setup, and go-live checklist. We monitor the first 24 hours closely. Business clients get a 30-minute recorded CMS walkthrough. Professional gets a 1-hour live training session. E-Commerce gets a 2-hour live handover covering the full store admin. You get a launch-day summary with your site's performance snapshot.

How much input do I need to give during the project?

We ask for your time at two key moments — the kickoff call (1 hour) and the design review (30 minutes). Beyond that, we'll send you a shared doc for feedback and a staging link for final approval. We're built to run with minimal hand-holding.

What if I need changes after the site is live?

Small text and image changes are covered under our support retainer. Larger structural changes (new pages, new sections) are quoted separately at a transparent hourly rate. You'll never be surprised by a bill.

Can I speed up the timeline?

Yes — for clients with a hard deadline, we offer a Priority Lane that compresses the build to 7–10 days. This requires you to be available faster for approvals. Priority Lane is available at a surcharge; ask us when you inquire.

Do I own the site and code after launch?

You get full access to your live website and CMS to manage your content day-to-day. Source code, hosting, and domain management stay with SiteSecure — this is what allows us to keep everything maintained, secure, and running smoothly as part of your ongoing plan. If you ever decide to part ways, we'll discuss a handover arrangement.

What happens if I'm unhappy with the design?

Every plan includes revision rounds built in — 2 for Starter, 3 for Business, and 4 for Professional and E-Commerce. We find that's enough for 95% of clients. If after your included rounds you're still not satisfied, we'll escalate to a senior designer at no extra cost before moving forward.
